UNIRA is an AI-powered surgical performance app that simplifies case logging, tracks productivity, and provides data-driven insights. It’s built for surgeons—residents starting their training, fellows preparing for practice, and attendings optimizing their careers—offering tools like AI CPT code search, RVU tracking, and efficiency analytics.
UNIRA focuses on simplicity and physician ownership of data. Unlike platforms like MedHub or New Innovations that primarily serve hospitals for ACGME compliance, UNIRA is designed with physicians as the primary users. We’ve eliminated friction points (like complicated CPT code searches) and created an interface that lets you log a case in under 10 seconds. Most importantly, UNIRA is about your data belonging to you, not your institution or accrediting body.
No, UNIRA currently does not sync with the ACGME. While we initially had functionality to sync with the ACGME case log system, this feature was discontinued. UNIRA now functions as a standalone tracking tool where you own your data completely, though you can still manually transfer information to ACGME systems if needed.
UNIRA lets you track the procedures you perform, the time they take, RVUs generated, and your overall productivity metrics. The app focuses on data that belongs to you as a physician—what procedures you performed, when you did them, and how long they took—without capturing any patient identifiers or protected health information. This gives you a personal record of your professional activities that you own completely.
UNIRA was initially developed with residents in mind, but it’s evolved into a platform for all physicians. Residents benefit from simplified case logging, while attendings can use UNIRA to track productivity, analyze trends in their practice, and have independent documentation when negotiating contracts with employers. UNIRA provides physicians at any stage of their career with ownership of their professional data.

Your data is safe with us—UNIRA uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We don’t store patient data, keeping it fully HIPAA-compliant. You log procedures and track performance without any PHI (Protected Health Information), so there’s no compliance burden.
UNIRA is designed from the ground up with physician data ownership in mind. We only collect information that belongs to you as a physician—the procedures you performed and when—without any patient identifiers or protected health information. This means you can document your work without HIPAA concerns, and the data belongs entirely to you, not your institution or a third party.
Yes, cancel anytime during your trial or subscription via your account settings—no questions asked. If you’re an attending on a paid plan, we’ll refund any unused portion of your month. Residents/fellows on free tiers have nothing to lose!
Not yet, but it’s on the horizon. UNIRA-EMR and Enterprise (coming soon) will offer advanced features like outcome tracking and custom deployments, potentially integrating with EHRs or hospital workflows. For now, export your logs as CSV/PDF to share manually.
We’re working on UNIRA-EMR for clinical tools and UNIRA-Enterprise for institutional use—think outcome tracking, residency analytics, and more. Sign up for our newsletter at [insert URL] or follow us on [insert socials] for release dates and beta opportunities!
